Showing Time
This showing service streamlines the scheduling of property showings. They verify agent licenses and establish showing times/instructions. The Service is equipped to respond to showing inquiries at any time through phone or email. Showings can be arranged between the hours of 8 AM – 8 PM. If there are periods when the property cannot be shown, these can be "blocked" with the Service. A specific "lead time" can be requested prior to your property showings.

To determine the most accurate price for your home, we’ll be preparing a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) — a detailed review of recently sold homes in your area that are similar in size, style, and condition. While you’re welcome to use the link below to enter your home’s information for a general estimate, please keep in mind that online tools (including Zillow) often miss important details like upgrades, repairs, or unique features. That’s why we’ll need to see your home in person to evaluate its condition and make sure we price it right from the start. This helps us position your home competitively, attract serious buyers, and avoid costly pricing mistakes.

In our next in-person consultation, we'll analyze market dynamics, assess your property's condition, and benchmark against neighborhood properties to determine an appropriate listing price and anticipated sales value.
