  If you use fertilizer on your lawn, you're not alone but you may be surprised to learn that most Floridians don’t know if local fertilizer rules apply to them.   A recent survey conducted by the University of Florida’s Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences (UF/IFAS) showed that over 60% of
